Paul Davis Restoration of the Mid-South is deeply rooted in Memphis and dedicated to helping our Mid-South neighbors recover when disaster strikes. Building on a decades-long foundation established by brothers John and Paul Blose, Thomas Owens took the helm as President and Owner in November 2022. Bringing extensive real estate, sales and property management experience, Thomas quickly revitalized the company—a transformation tested almost immediately during Winter Storm Elliot, when our team went from zero active jobs on Christmas Eve to 108 by New Year’s Eve. That intense week defined our commitment as a 24/7 operation ready to show up for our Mid-South community in its toughest moments, sparking a period of growth that has more than doubled and continues to grow.
Our rapid expansion is fueled by prioritizing over-communication, quality work, timeliness, and business continuity with a highly experienced, local leadership team. Thomas is joined by VP of Operations Lorenzo “Herkey” Cantu, who grew up in the restoration industry; VP of Construction Brad Seelig, a seasoned builder who has constructed entire subdivisions; and Sales & Marketing leader Joseph Davis, who brings years of strategic restoration experience. We know and love Memphis—nearly a third of our entire staff, including Thomas, Joseph, and Brad, are graduates of Christian Brothers High School. Together, we bring decades of specialized knowledge to ensure every property is treated with the care it deserves.
